THE TASTE OF HOME
Home is a big word. Simple, yet complex, close but far away. Abstract and the most easiest to understand. Is it a feeling? A physical space? A memory? A hope?
Looking for answers or at least snippets of them I asked different people from different places how home tastes to them and translated their response into an image. Sometimes the most simple things are capeable of describing our biggest moments.
A glass of ice-cold rosé with friends on a warm summer night, the comfort of sugar mixed with cinnamom, a basket of fresh persimmons. A smell, a flavour, a sensation that deeply touches you and takes you away. At least for a few seconds. Something to bring you home, whatever or whereever that may be.
